Windward Pointe Pool

The Windward Pointe pool facility is usually open from mid-May through mid-September.
Lifeguards will not be on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. It is advised that you DO NOT swim alone.
Pool hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. Adults (18 years and older) can swim laps from 6 am to 9 am.
A certified pool operator will maintain the daily operations of the pool. They will be doing the majority of their work early in the morning and will be by once during the afternoon to check the chemical content of the pool. A complete list of pool rules can be found below.
Our pool maintenance company will not be monitoring activities or resolving “rule” problems at the pool. Policing of the pool area is the responsibility of all Windward Pointe Residents. If you witness an issue, please contact our pool manager.
The pool door will be locked and access will be through the use of a key system. One key will be provided to each family free of charge. Replacement keys will be available from WPHOA for a charge of $15.00 each. A pool key replacement form can be downloaded below.
