The Finance Committee is made up of home owner members. The committee meets two to three times a year. The Committee has a chair person who sits on the board as a voting member. The Finance Chair person will lead the committee meetings.
Goal:
The goal of the Finance Committee is to give financial advice to the Board.
Examples of financial advice are listed below.
· Provide the Board with a budget for the next fiscal year.
· Make long term financial recommendations to the board.
· Develop and maintain a ten year financial plan.
· Finance special projects recommended by the board.
The committee should be made up of home owners who have experience in financial planning. If you have these skills and would like to volunteer, please contact the Finance Chair person.
