Architectural Review Rules
We live a deed restrictive neighborhood and certain visual or structural changes require review and approval.  Each homeowner has the responsibility to complete an Architectural Request Form prior to making any changes, additions or deletions to the exterior of their home or property.  A few examples that would require an Architectural request are:

• Home Additions
• Installation of sheds and fences
• Installation of swing sets
• Change of exterior paint color
• Before cutting down trees

When planning a project, please plan on submitting the request for review a minimum of 30 days prior to starting work. 

If you start your architectural project and decide that you need to make a change to the specified project materials and/or style, please contact the architectural committee. The architectural committee will determine whether or not your project requires resubmission and review. 

If you are planning renovations to your home, you may need a permit from the Town of Holly Springs before you can proceed with your work. If you are not sure if you need to file an Architectural Request, please contact a board member or the architectural committee chairman.
